By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Tango Foxtrot Apparel & Patch Co. (“Tango Foxtrot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

1. Products & Availability

All products sold by Tango Foxtrot are part of limited-run drops, small-batch releases, or preorder productions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel or refuse orders

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

Product images are for representation only. Minor variations in color, material, or finish may occur due to production.

2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the payment method

  • All billing and shipping information is accurate

Your order is not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Pre-Orders & Drop Fulfillment

Many Tango Foxtrot products are sold as preorders or produced after the drop closes.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge:

  • Production begins after the drop ends

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, supply chains, or demand

Preorder items are non-cancelable once production has begun.

4. Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and do not include:

  • Shipping

  • Taxes

  • Customs or duties (international)

You are responsible for all applicable fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Tango Foxtrot ships to the address provided at checkout.

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays

6. Returns & Refunds

We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligible Returns

Unworn, unused apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise marked final sale.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

  • Patches

  • Stickers

  • Pins

  • Collectibles

  • Limited-edition or drop-exclusive items

  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts for:

  • Fraud

  • Excessive chargebacks

  • Refund abuse

  • False claims

Chargeback fraud will be contested.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product names, branding, and media are the exclusive property of Tango Foxtrot.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tango Foxtrot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
