Returns and Exchanges
a. Return Eligibility: Tango Foxtrot accepts returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide relevant information and supporting evidence.
b. Return Process: If approved, Tango Foxtrot will provide instructions for returning the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories. If the product you're returning isn't damaged or ineffective, or buyer fails to read item details in its entirety the buyer is responsible to cover shipping cost for return.
c. Refunds and Exchanges: Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or exchange, at Tango Foxtrot's discretion. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
