By accessing or purchasing from Tango Foxtrot Apparel & Patch Co. (“Tango Foxtrot,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.

Products & Availability

All Tango Foxtrot products are released as limited-run drops, small-batch production, or preorder items. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.

Product photos are representative. Minor variations in color, material, or finish may occur.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all billing and shipping information is accurate. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed.

Preorders & Drop Fulfillment

Many products are produced after the drop closes. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or volume. Preorders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or stolen packages after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Unworn, unused apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Fraud & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and ban accounts for fraud, refund abuse, or excessive chargebacks.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product names, and branding are the exclusive property of Tango Foxtrot and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tango Foxtrot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal and technical information to process orders, ship products, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell customer data.
