Shipping Rates and Options:

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  - Delivery time: 5-7 business days
  - Rate: Flat fee of $4.99 for orders under $50

  - Express Shipping:
  - Delivery time: 2-3 business days
  - Rate: Flat fee of $12.99


Order Processing:

- All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, unless its a pre-order item.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations:

Currently, we ship to the following regions:
- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
-*International Shipping: Available to select countries (please see the list at checkout for available destinations)
  
**Note for International Orders:**
- Shipping rates and delivery times will vary by country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery via our shipping provider’s website.

Delivery Issues:

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please reach out to our support team at sales@tangofoxtrotofficial.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. If error is due to buyer and we cannot recover the item then we are not responsible for replacment.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Tango Foxtrot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, contact us immediately to update your address.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
