We run Tango Foxtrot in limited drops instead of keeping the site open 24/7. Between drops, we shut it down so we can focus on getting current orders packed, shipped, and out the door before the next round of chaos begins.

Absolutely. The website being closed does not affect existing orders. If you already ordered, your package is still being processed according to the shipping timeline listed in the product description when you purchased. FYI, we do mostly preorder drops so it may not ship right away.

Yep. Your order confirmation and shipping information will still be sent to the email you used at checkout. Once your shipping label is created and your package begins moving, you'll receive tracking information automatically.
